MEET DR. ROOLS

Oral Surgeon  | Wisdom Tooth Extractions (D.D.S)

Dr. Rools L Dessieux grew up in North Miami Beach, FL. He completed his undergraduate studies at University of Florida and then graduated from Meharry Medical college in Nashville, TN. Dr. Rools completed his “General Practice Residency” at St Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, CT and followed by the completion of his  “Hospital Dentistry Residency” at Waterbury Hospital in Waterbury, CT.  Dr. Rools later completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Howard University in Washington, DC. He is also the clinical director of the oral surgery program at Waterbury Hospital.

Dr. Rools, has a warm, gentle manner which goes along with his great caring and concern for all of his patients. Dr. Rools performs surgical procedures such as wisdom tooth extraction, right here at Dental Care. And in addition, if you request it, Dr. Rools uses twilight anesthesia so you hardly even remember being in the office.

Since he’s in the office with our general dentists, consultations are easy and can even be done the day that general care is performed to minimize dental office visits
