The primary focus of Dr. Neichen, as a Periodontal specialist, is the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of gum disease as well as cosmetic procedures for enhancing a patients smile.

Dr. Neichen is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania Dental School and Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry, where he was on the teaching staff when he lived in Boston. Dr. Neichen is a Member of American Academy of Periodontology and Connecticut Society of Periodontist. He is married and has two children. For recreation Dr. Neichen enjoys sailing and exercise. In the past Randy has competed in triathlons.
